APC Policy

Everba does not charge authors any Article Processing Charge (APC) for the submission, peer review, or publication of manuscripts. There are no submission fees, review fees, publication charges, or mandatory processing fees associated with publishing an article in the journal. Authors may therefore submit their work without financial barriers, subject to the journal’s normal editorial and peer-review procedures.

The acceptance or rejection of a manuscript is based solely on its academic quality, originality, relevance, and compliance with the journal’s editorial standards. No payment is required to influence or expedite the editorial or peer-review process. The journal is committed to maintaining a transparent and fair publication process for all authors.
